The BS behind the Unlimited BS brand, is me – Brenda Sargeant. I’m the founder, owner, designer, admin, accountant, marketer, and basically all the bs behind Unlimited BS Web Design.

Having BS as my initials when I started this business was the perfect opportunity to create a brand that is completely me, and one that people tend to remember. They may question it…but they remember! And in this business, being memorable is half the battle.

What I actually do as a WordPress web designer

Short answer: I build websites.
Longer answer: I help businesses figure out who they are online and then build something that actually reflects that.

Really understanding your brand is what I love discovering. If you are not clear on what your business stands for, who it is trying to reach, and why those people should choose you, it is hard to design a site that makes any of that land. So before design starts, we nail that down.

Our commitment is to make sure your website is a true reflection of your business and your brand. Not a template someone filled in quickly. Not something that looks nice in a demo but feels wrong the moment your name is on it.

Why brand clarity comes first

A website is only as strong as the clarity it gives. The copy, the design choices, the navigation, the calls to action. All of it flows from understanding who you are trying to speak to and what you want them to do. That’s the foundation. Everything else is built on top of it.

What I remember about starting out

Fourteen-plus years into this business (hard to believe!), I still think about where it all began. Not because I’m stuck in the past, but because I genuinely believe it makes me better at what I do today.

I totally remember what it felt like at the beginning stages of starting a business. The uncertainty, the feeling of investing money in something you actually don’t fully understand and having to trust the person on the other side of the table. It’s not the most comfortable feeling.

Because I still remember that feeling of not understanding all the things, of not knowing the right questions to ask, I’m committed to walking every client through the whole picture. Whether you’re brand new to getting a website or just don’t understand why you need hosting, I honestly love questions! I love talking through the process. From start to finish, that’s what I’m here for.
